  3. my main door and wrought iron gate back of main door pic of gate from inside, when main door was not up yet... doors for the 2 bedrooms and storeroom shoe cabinet with seattee at foyer area.
  4. sorry havent been posting and update for such a long time. i'm gonna flood my thread with all the pics now. recently laptop overheat and my HDD kaput. just got it replace. and flying off to taiwan later in the morning. enjoy the pics guys! i will be moving in on 17/11. currently only left with remaining electrical works, fitting of toilet wares, tv feature wall and study table for my room.
  5. the hob and hood is from rinnai one... but its not then inner burner series one though..
  6. yea its abit cramp but its still acceptable for me... the one for common toilet is still ok.. but MBR WC is quite cramped though.. i spent abt $4000 for sanitary wares + cooker hob / hood + oven...
  7. you'll need to check with citygas if ur block have piped gas available. if not u can only settle with LPG or induction cooker.. u can reach citygas @ 1800 555 1661 to check with them.. hope it helps.. =) mine is old Tampines 3rm with no piped gas available.. no choice have to settle with LPG. now still in midst of reno.
  8. and now its kitchen window's turn. wanted to make sure all windows are closed before i left. and found out that the left panel cannot be latched in place. (._.") theres nothing there for the latch to mount on/into. nothing at the top as well. from this, it appears to me that the window contractor is quite a sloppy one.
  9. just realise these 2 dents on the frame of the MBR window. will get ID to check and rectify. a closer look. its actually quite obvious. =( another problem with MBR windows. the right panel cant seem to close tightly. there is the small gap at the top another view. i dun expect an air-tight seal. but this is too much already.
  10. nice nice bright bright kitchen. no regrets choosing this tile. fridge base. have a small issue here. i was thinking, the plumbers put the water tap for washing machine liddat, then wun the washing machine be unable to be back to back with the wall? the platform for the washing machine is already so small. doubt it will be able to fit the washing machine when he comes. will check with my ID and see what is his view on this.
  11. the "hole" for the MBR aircon ugly pipes for toilets boxed up as well. waiting to be covered with the wall tiles. MBR box up for common toilet
  12. ceiling works is has completed today. whole place was very very very dusty... (._.") the old tv antenna and water pipes running across the living was all covered up water pipes all boxed up.. =) nice smooth and sharp. cove lights for living room. cove lights for MBR. the aircon trunking running above the kitchen entrance from the store room to MBR was very nicely boxed up as well. so well done that i didnt even notice it initially. haha.
  13. hmmm i cant really remember leh.. the receipt not with me now.. but if im not wrong shld be $120 before discount... all sanitary appliances + cooker + hood + oven bought at summer hardware shop.. $3900 after discount..
  14. oh ya.... the pebbles at foyer area was hacked off and redone again. we found the prev one to be very dark and looked dirty. this time round the pebbles was mixed with white cement instead of the usual grey one and it turned out to be much much better! time to sleep.. gonna reach office at 8am later..
