If 2nd app from selling is not up yet, and you going for yr 1st app for buying, during 1st app for buying, you gotta ensure that yr cpf is enuff to pay yr new flat 10%, if not you gotta fork out in cash during buying 1st app. after selling 2nd app, u need around 14 days(or maybe lesser a bit or if doing contra will be dis long) for cpf to go in, as for cash proceed will be immediately on dat day itself.. So after 1st app buying, you had got 10 days to pay the cov n 10% deposit.

correct me if im wrong, from my knowledge. if u taking hdb loan for the next flat, they will deduct the grant first, then all yr cpf(including those used for old flat and current amount inside) will be wiped out and half of yr 120k will go inside new flat. You got ask cov for yr old flat? if yes, the whole amount will be use for compile by HDB. Then yr cov for your new flat 30k, u gotta pay with yr the other 60k dat you had left. cov cannot be inside the 60k to hdb and cpf. The 10% depsoit can be in cpf.

how to know whether d fan u buying had got the ceiling mounting bracket? normally buying of fan does not include this bracket? is it a hidden cost and the installer will charge u for it? how much does it cost? normally installing at $35 doesn't include the bracket right?

mine is like those kitchen sink, built inside the hole one. cut 1 hole on top and put the sink in and put sealant. except toilet one use concrete and tiles to built up. unlike modern design ones, where the wash basin is on top of table

dun tink will hack down d concrete build up. mine is the wash basin going inside the build up area, so the btm of the basin is inside the build up one. can just change the table top basin right w/o damaging the surrounding area ?

yes, mine is seat type to seat type. How abt replacing d wash basin? tinking to change d whole basin but dun know can anot?, possible? mine is those i tink concrete build up, with basin on top and slding door below. If cannot then bo pian change d tap onli.
