Yup got aircon running 9pm - 7am daily for MBR, other rooms seldom on.... servicing every 4 mths for MBR unit, others 6-12mths. Washing the filter weekly.... so far no problem

I m staying in toa payoh too high floor >25. The wind wont flow constantly to one direction, so in certain mth totally no wind blowing in..... It is good to have windy place but dun forget about the dust!

Haha... how can Italian made tiles have same quality as China made tiles? Have you ever made any comparison from the test report or not? No offence but definetely imposible to say Italian and China made tiles are equal in quality.

Shows like Comex, Sitex (at end of the year) are generally cheaper than what is available in the retail shops and usually have lots of freebies throw in. So if you need one or thinking of upgrading then head down there...avoid weekends as definitely will frustrate you with jam crowds !! & parking not really cheaper..... those they sell cheap is discontinued model..... can get even cheaper from neighbourhood shops....
