Hi, I also facing similar problem. My existing balcony window parapet wall height is only 850mm and as such i will like to do a casement window with bottom fixed panel for our own safety purposes. End up HDB reply that we need to engage PE for this window design. Now we are trying to appeal to waive off this PE thing. Any suggestion guys? Thanks alot

Hi, will like to check whether anyone have done casement window with a fixed panel below? It is because currently my house balcony window is only 850mm and it kind of too low. Think of changing it to window with fixed panel so that it will be more safe. Try apply for the permit to change to window with fixed panel but being reject by HDB as it need PE endorsement. But in the first place the window is so low, it so dangerous. Anyone have encounter this problem before? Thanks :

Hi everyone, I just buy a resale unit and realise that the previous owner had opted out for the Opennet. I tried sending a email to the opennet requesting them to come over to install. End up they reply there will be charges of $220 for the installation as the installation for my area had completed. Any advise on how to get them to waive off the charges? TIA Cheers!

ic... it ie because my contractor had actually quote me based on AC4 and I feel is so exp... so thinking maybe I will ask me to quote me AC3 pricing... Thanks lot
