Just share my experience to you. We have ordered children bed recently at jurong branch, the salesman (SL) from Rozel promised us that can deliver within three weeks time. He also said that the bed can custom make to match our requirement, so we purchased from him. We are very regretted to purchase the item from him, he did not deliver and custom make it on time when three weeks reached. He also gave lots of excuses.... his son fall and knock on his head..... bleeding.....he is on mc..... just tried to run away. We also spoke to other sales person but cannot help even manager. We did not get any answer from them, we asked for refund but no status come out. We called CASE but they can't help. We are still waiting for status from them until now. My bad experience to you, please think carefully before you purchase any item from them. You might very lucky to receive your goods on time or might as unlucky as we are. Wish you guys good luck on hurting furniture.

Just to share our experience. We are looking for renovation contractor for our new home, we found SDS at this forum but what we see here might not as good as what we want. We spoke to the ID KEN LEE for quote, at the first two times he gave us the quote but when we want to change a bit design, he begin to stop follow up. The ID KEN was very impatient, it is not what the forum saying in very good attitude. He don't even reply to our email, so we have dropped them. We don't want to keep chasing the ID when the renovation started just like chasing for quote. They might be good in previously but base on our experience not now.
