Hey all, I wanted to ask something about institutional mortgage. I’m planning to start a primary school. And for this, I was thinking of taking up a mortgage. I have heard about institutional mortgages, they are considered as niche lending by banks and lenders. Like traditional mortgages, institutional mortgages are also available in long term, have fixed rate and variable rate financing and Industrial mortgages are owned by larger entity instead of home buyer. What documents are needed to get this mortgage? Is it better to work with the broker to find an institutional mortgage? And are there any risk factors?

Hey everyone, I don't know whether this is the right place to discuss my concern. It's been 7 years that I'm an employer of a reputed company, but now it has become difficult for me to go to work. I have a 3-year-old kid and by going to office I'm not getting enough time to look after him. Its very sad that me and my husband are busy with our work and Saturday's and Sunday's too we have to work extra. The company which I work has a option that the person who has completed 5 years in office can work from home. So I thought of working from home so that I get time to spend with my kid. Our apartment has two rooms I thought of keeping one room as my office so that I can work peacefully. But the problem is I don't know how to make a room into office.
