After deposit and couples of negotiation, until the last one because we made some changes to our origin requirement, he actually tell me things like i want cheap and good when i tried to nego again before revision made. This really piss me off and now i am looking for another contractor to check further on the mkt price and will try to enage another one. Hi.. Just going to commence reno works at my 4-room resale (90sqm). Would like to seek feedback from those forumers who have 4-room flat...where do u place your dining table? My flat's kitchen is rather long and other than a kitchen cabinet (about 10ft long), washing machine and a fridge, i would like to place a small dining table for 2-4 paxes...but am wondering how i can do it? Other than placing the table in the kitchen, i supposed the living room is too small? Thanks... Hi I am also facing the same problem.. The space in my living room is long and seems that i have constraint for my dinning table... Concurrently, i intend to find something as a partition between my dinning and living room.
