I had sign up with A&D for my condo renovation and my ID is Thomas Ling

Renovation is almost complete and I'm quite satisfied with the work done, just some minor rectification that need to be done (waterproof issue, plumbing n gap adjustment)

will poet pictures of the work done on my renoblog soon n will host a open house for those that going for ID selection soon

P.S : my ID had provided me with full breakdown on reno charges n is quick to response to my feedback

Oh really? Thomas gave u a break down on reno charges ar.. Then i think the company is doing double standard man.. Cos Johnny told us he is not able to do a breakdown on pricelist individually cos what he has quoted is the reduced price alr. And if i really insist, then he will still do it, but then we have to accept the "higher" individually priced items. For eg: Burger = $2.30, Fries = $1.20, Drinks= $1.20, so total is $4.70. But when is quoted in lump sum, its $4 for example. So i also dare not ask for a individual price quote. Anyway, can u pls kindly post ur pics here for us to see? I really wish to take a look at the finished photos & not those 3D artist impression diagrams..

Yup, i confirmed Johnny lee as my ID. But haven let him do my hse yet. Cos key collection is coming dec..

House done by one of d highly raved ID..

Design: 3/5 (we have to research n suggest most designs)

Workmanship: 3.5/5 (tiles n carpentry is good, but painting is bad; quite some rectification to be done as i think the workers work quite roughly )

planning & supervisory: 2.5/5 (handover date missed initial planned; ID seems to have too many projects on hand and is seldom at site thus leading to unnecessary rectifications to be done)

ID service: 3/5 (patient, reachable but is good at denying responsibilities when there r some hiccups)

Hmm, maybe my reviews seem strict but i selected them after reading d good reviews here but well, we didnt get what we expected...

what pissed us most is d lack of supervision by d ID and though we engaged one, we have to visit our new house almost every day so that we can promptly identify mistakes n highlight to our id!!
