yes many other customers are also facing the same problems with this lwt design and lwt design & build pte ltd company, they paid money already and there after gets long periods of delays, no phone calls, and bad workmanships and bad designs, their staffs seems to be resigning and worst the boss lwt himself will smooth talk and try to get more money from you but nver completes anything!

i heard from the industry ppl say the owner had gone hiding .. owe contractors $$$ as well as customers... the best is goes CASE and make police report..

if alot of ppl make police report then it may have a case.

or call reporter from Newspaper & Sin Ming to create an awareness?!?!

it depends on the goodwill & conscience of the owner who may reappear if you lodge with small claims tribunal/ case. sorry to say homeowners are not protected by these cheaters in s'pore
