Just bought a 5 rooms flat and need some advice on renovation. Is the prize in the quotation reasonable and if there anything that are not necessary to be done as for now?

1 to hack away existing wall tiles , floor tiles , cabinet etc and clear debris off site 1000.00

2 supply and lay ceramic wall ties up to ceiling height 2150.00

3 supply and lay ceramic floor tile with HDB required prepack cement and water proofing

4 to construct a 50mm height kitchen cabinet base and a washing machine base 250.00

quite cheap. but be careful of hidden cost in the end.

I pointed some weirdness tho' :

Plumbing works doesn't make sense. They hack away the whole toilet floor and wall but then they never include piping replacement cost. Are u expecting to use back the old pipes which most probably will be damaged by the hacking works?
