We took that into consideration too so decided to install a ceiling fan at the tv area..

Our floor plan really limit our choices, it's either this or the other layout

yeah lor.. really headache on the layout of furniture

mine started on 8 October, should be finishing by end November coz I plan to hold our ROM at our new place

Went shopping with our ID for furnitures and bought the following for our casa,

Sofa (In another colour)

TV console

Coffee table

Dining Table

Dining Chairs

Then finally the renovation started on 8 October

Initial electrical, plumbing, air-con and false ceiling work were carried out followed by the anticipated installing of our brickwall and laminate floor

Electrical work

The workers were very fast in laying the wires and when I go back in the evening it was all layed and covered up in the casing for all rooms..

The craftstone for our brickwall arrived on time!

Workers working on the brickwall, it's really back breaking tough work on them

Finally from 3d rendering to seeing the real thing, really satisfied with it

Laminate floor arrived on Saturday and the installation was done yesterday
