My sister's house recently just completed her renovation and their workmanship not bad but some very minor spots and some paints i saw on a frosted glass panel but my sister said is ok.

Since my sister engaged her ID from Dots n Tots and just nice happen i got reply from one of their ID too. So manage to get the quotation from him ... package price is ok but after adding carpentry become expensive. After many rounds of amendment of the quotation, some of cost i don't kind of agree. For example i am doing a study table with top hung cabinet which is not against the wall so i can have a see through concept so usually it will have support plank at side as a whole design. That piece of support plank charge me S$650 as a separate cost and back laminate one cost and open shelving one cost..end up 6.5ft just top hung cabinet become S$1820 (gst has not include yet) . Another example is my platform bed .. i told him i want do a platform bed with 1 step he charge me price as double platform S$3000 (300mm counted as 1 so he give me 400mm so become 2 platform price) so i told him can do 300mm with 1 step to save cost? he say cannot to do 1 step need 400mm. So no choice i move on to another ID ...

Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

Recently encounter some issue with my window works :( My ID told me that due to the window length exceeded the HDB requirements and they need to have a civil professional

engineer to endorse which cost me about $1.5k.

Not trying to blame her but is it true that the window length cost us an issue ?

We are moving in soon except the window still under pending.

Overall except for this sad window issue , will still recommend this company as their responsibility and workmanship is still a thumbs up!!
