Hi all,

Has anyone used their services before? I'm keen to find out. Checked the entire forum but so little info on this company.

Me and my wife went down to expo to check out on the road show and their designs caught our eye...but sad to say, our first appointment the ID fly our kite last minute....abit not happy about it, reason given was cause she was with another customer.... (if first time like that then next time also will like that? )

Not sure if I should give a second chance....that's why posting here to find out any positive enough reviews for us to change our minds...

I have bad experience with ID with the name Space. With the excellent saleman talks, facebook, etc, I engaged the ID, AS Balestier because the consultant committed that she can do the reno within my budget. After signing the agreement with a deposit, she said that she cannot do it within my budget and she will not return my deposit. So be careful.

Any feedbacks on this Interior Firm? Thinking of visiting them to discuss on reno ideas.

I met up with Derrick of Space Define, and after getting the Quotation. I'd say that their pricing is really quite reasonable despite them being an ID firm.

We have yet to firm up anything with them as I have some changes to my design and we're playing around with a few options. But, I will say that they are 1 of the final 2 that I have short-listed. There's a high chance that we may go with them.

I think just go ahead and meet up so as to expose to more ideas

Hi Guys

Currently, our reno is handled by Derrick too. Before that, we were disappointed with a few IDs we seen and later on, a friend recommend us to Derrick. We heard that he is well known for his design concepts thus decided to try him out. We first started discussion in July/August and got our keys in Sept. Of all IDs we have seen, he is the fastest ID who got back to us and as the reno is still ongoing, he always make sure to update us and send us photos of what are done during the reno process.

We were also quite pleased with the 3D drawings he presented to us before. It looked realistic compared with other interior companies offered and we wonder what software he is using, hehehe...

We cant comment much on the carpentry yet as ours are not completed. However, his service and commitment for now is pretty impressive.
