Hi folks,

Recently thinking of a partial innovation of my hdb flat (smaller type of 4room, 83sqm). Here is a quote that I have just got. Is it possible to find a quote a few hundred dollars cheaper? Or maybe can the current quote adds a couple of small work items? .

• Supply and lay 600 x 600 homogenous floor tiles (based on $3.30/sqft) for the living room of about 200 sqf (hacking off cement). $1700
  Supply and lay wall tiles (based on $3.30/sqft) at kitchen to the ceiling (hacking off existing tiles and cement） $2000
  Demolish store wall and block the existing entrance using hollow blocks including haulage $800
  Demolish kitchen entrance wall including making it good/touchup and rubbish disposal (about 33 sqf). $600
  Change electrical casing and switches $300
  Paint the entire unit/doors/frames/piping $1050
  Free application for HDB permit
