Removing Stains On Black Solid Surface Top

Hi all guru here.

Yesterday my part time cleaner give me the shock of my life when I see my solid top after her cleaning. She refused to admit damaging my solid top but I think she had used bleach to clean and now my black solid top has ripples and splashes of white stains which is unbearable to sight.

Can any guru tell me what is the most cost effective way to repair it? Am I able to diy? Ask professional to polish? Change the whole **** top?
