Replace My Very Old Spoilt Air Con Or Not?

Hi guys.

I got a very old Sanyo air con that can't power up anymore. Sometimes it does show a light and went off fast. It is about 15yo. Sc lady told me no more spare parts now.

Should I look for 3rd party repair man or simply overhaul everything.

Any good recommendation and where to buy ?
