Anyone has engaged Urban Habitat before? please share your view on their workmanship and service.
If possible, please share your photos.
I have received 3 quotations from 3 different IDs (i.e. Rezt & Relax, Cissern and Urban Habitat). So far, Urban Habitat has given me the most reasonable pricing.

I'm very disappointed to their service & workmanship.

The project undergoing about 3mth but still not finish. The tilings majority with hollow sound, meet the person incharge Larry several times over 1 month to solve the tilling issue but never end, he just fix partially & keep delay the schedule.

He also never discuss details with customer but just do what he think is correct, as a result all dimension previously mentioned not meet what I expected.

Scold by him after I chase him for the project & point out all the mistakes. Not professional enough, attitude problem but still represent the company for the project.

A very unhappy experience, no choice have to file this situation to CASE.

I may need to share my experience after they sent me another incharge person Justin to take over the project. He is a capable young man who willing to listen my requirement & try his best to solve it.

For example, he won't straightly reject my suggestion even he know it is difficult to do so. He will try find out a better solution to let me satisfied the outcome.

Justin is careful people, when I saw him take a notebook recorded down the issue I pointed out, I'm really appreciated this kind of attitude. He often go to site inspect the worker & keep update me the schedule & work progress.

Thumb up for this kind of working attitude, I'm highly recommended 👍👍👍

Had a guy from Urban Habitat quote me. Even though I had told him my budget, he quoted me 10k more. And he was rather pushy with his ideas, and keep insisting that he knows what I want. Don't really like what he had suggested as that's not what I need. Pricing is the steepest I had gotten as compared to other IDs.
