One of our customers showed these to us. He lives at the east side of Singapore. On a ground floor unit.

After checking the P500 collecting metal electrodes, to his horror, he found black and dirty particles on it! Merely 7 days of usage.
Cannot imagine what all these would do to his family members' lungs!!

The air quality is really bad, the PM2.5 reading is easily above 50+ (According to WHO, it is safe under 15 ). This is why we suggest our customers to place our P500 in the living room and keep it running 24/7. We can assure Pm2.5 reading dropping to 10-15 quickly.

hi

thinking of getting a filter - 2 questions

a) has this technology (especially the claims on the size of particles that can be removed) ever been tested/verified  by an official/independent agency ?

b) just to confirm - other than electricity , there are no running costs ? (you mention no need to change filters - is there anything that that needs to be changed on a regular basis then ?
