Highly Recommend James Tng From Image Cre@tive

Dear All,

My home has just been recently completed by James Tng and his wife from this company Image Cre@tive, I actually got their contact from this forum ( which was very useful ) and decided to contact him about 2 months back. First meeting with James, was very smooth and my wife and myself really liked him a lot and he was very truthful and straight forward about some of the things which he can or cannot do and which ideas of mine was realistic or not. Immediately we felt we were in good hands and our money was going to be well spent.

We decided to place a drawing fee with him to see what wonderful things we would see in our next meeting, and during the next meeting again we were impressed and decided to go ahead with a contract and quickly start our reno works as we had to move in before the 7th month, and we had only 2 more weeks left before the collection of keys.

And so we finally met his wife Eva, who helped me further understand the designs and even colours and detailings were discussed, we also went shopping for our kitchen stuff and lighting, phew!! That day, it took us almost 8 hours but nevertheless we managed to complete the preparation works and were ready to start work next week. Need to remind everyone again, time was a major issue for us at this time otherwise we would be homeless as we needed to hand over the keys to the landlord before the 12th of august.

Eva had only 3 weeks to complete the job, in fact 15 days only if you minus away the weekends and national day long break. She was there almost everyday and i think there were about a dozen ppl working away everyday, she was going around handling all these men when they bombed her with their questions but she could easily handle, no problem at all, she would sent us photos of updates or any problems she encountered and needed an open discussion. In fact she told us she would let us move in first without any carpentry cabinets but in a liveable condition which we agreed upon since she had only 15 days to complete. Btw 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and kitchen had to be done.

Another surprise came up when we were nearing the 12th of august, on the 11th the carpentry works managed to come in! And within the week, the whole house reno works were completed with a little minor touch ups like painting and some dirty spots to be removed were left. Though they were a little late ( which i don't think is late, since we did agree that there was not going to be carpentry works done ) but the effort and time placed in was truly a plus point for everyone, we could see sweat and total effort placed into our home and are truly grateful for having met the both of them.

Which is why I would highly recommend this power couple for those looking for diligent IDs to do a good job and at the same time have your money well spent. James can be contacted at 9875xxxx.

Hi weeweeson, glad to know that you also had your house done by them, my place was also done by them 2 years back, was very happy and satisfied with the experience and things are still working well in our place. Our kitchen sink was leaking few months back and they fixed it for us FOC.
