Love the marble! Is it marble-like Quartz or real marble for the kitchen and the toilets? I was discouraged to use marble when I visited the factory.

Hi Changbp & bykaraanne, 

Its all real marble for all the counter top. It not advisable to use it in the kitchen if you do cook frequently. But I have to admit that it do take some effort of constant wiping to prevent any stain.

So beautiful, esp the toilet! May I know how much is the overlay costs (excl the tiles) for (one or both?) toilet? Kitchen and Bathroom counter top type and cost. Appreciate. Thanks.

Hi,

The cost for overlaying the wall and floor tiles is range around $1500 to $1750. For the counter top, we are using volakas marble. Thanks.

Hi, 

I am the ID for this project. We did construct false ceiling in the bathroom. My client is staying on the top floor, thus the ceiling height is higher and able to accommodate the drop ceiling. Thanks for the compliment.

Hi there Junlong,

Firstly, congrats on your beautiful home! Nice!

I supposed you look for carpenter, electricians, plumber etc all by yourself? From the pics the carpentry work looks really good but could you comment on the carpentry work? I'm thinking of doing my own ID (I'm not an interior designer though) also and then engage each contractor for different renovation work.
