Re-energize the flat

Recommended Posts

Hi

I have a 5th floor resale 3 room flat that was recently returned by the tenant. When I enter the house, i felt that the place is energy draining.
It has a new coat of paint last year and the living room was repainted. Lighting were bright and natural light seems OK, but I would prefer more sunlight.

Only thing dated is the kitchen cabin that my agent suggest I let it be as tenants don't take care of it.

Is there anything that I can energize the place without all those elaborate FS placements & ceremonies ?

thanks

Deep breath. Be happy. Go lucky. Mind energised. Place needs not be energised

I would go for reno-free maintenance since it is likely u going to rent out again.

Eg LED lights, get someone to do cleaning service. No need FS.

was it in shiet condition when u got it back ? tell agent you will be asking 3 cleaning company to quote the jobs required to reinstate to original condition, which you will be deducting from their deposit...

this is the norm, and if your gonna rent it out again, don't bother doing anything extensive.

just on air con full blast and on all the lights on the day of the viewing, GOOD LUCK.
