TERMS & CONDITIONS



ELIGIBILITY

1.	This lucky draw is valid for new RenoTalk members with the leaflet only.
2.	All new sign-ups must commence before 1st Dec 2006.
3.	Any member found with multiple forum accounts will be disqualified and banned from this draw accounts deleted.
4.	Administrators of RenoTalk.com and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as these persons, are not eligible to enter this lucky draw.
5.	In the event of any dispute, the decision of the judges will be final.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
1.	The lucky draw prize winners will be determined on 1st Dec 2006.
2.	Winners will be notified by posting of the results on the RenoTalk.com portal’s contests & draws page and email.
3.	If the winner does not revert within thirty (30) days from the close of the lucky draw, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, and/or the winner cannot or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, an alternative winner will be selected by another random selection.
4.	RenoTalk reserves the right to deny any person of the prize without explanation or prior notice. The decisions of RenoTalk or of any of its employees are final and binding in all respects.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
1.	The username of all the winners will be posted on the contests & draws page and contacted via email and Forum board’s Private Messaging System 1 week after the closing date. Winners will receive their prizes via prior delivery arrangements.
Others
RenoTalk reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not take part fairly and/or abuses the lucky draw system in any way. Neither RenoTalk nor participating prize partners are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate

GENERAL RELEASE
By entering the Lucky Draw, you release RenoTalk and its administrators (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
