ELIGIBILITY

1.	This contest is valid for website or blog owners.
2.	The link should consists of the name 'RenoTalk.com' and upon clicking of th link, it should be redirected to http://www.renotalk.com and/or any of its subpages.
3.	You can create as many link to renotalk portal to increase your chances of winning.
4.	In the event of any dispute, the decision of the judges will be final.
SELECTION OF WINNERS
1.	The winner will be determined on 1st Dec 2006.
2.	Winner will be notified by posting of the results on the RenoTalk.com portal’s contests & draws page and through email given on the owner's website or blog.
3.	If the winner does not revert within thirty (30) days from the close of the lucky draw, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, and/or the winner cannot or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, an alternative winner will be selected by another selection.
4.	RenoTalk reserves the right to deny any person of the prize without explanation or prior notice. The decisions of RenoTalk or of any of its employees are final and binding in all respects.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS
1.	The username of all the winners will be posted on the contests & draws page and contacted via email given on the owner's website or blog 1 week after the closing date.

By entering the Lucky Draw, you release RenoTalk and its administrators (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Lucky Draw or delivery, mis delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
