1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE AND DEFINITIONS.

RenoTalk provides members with access to community of information sharing including forums, events, announcements, and marketplace. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augments or enhances the current Services, including the release of new Renotalk.com™ resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Use. "www.renotalk.com" means RenoTalk, also known as renotalk.com™

2. PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION 

Unless otherwise authorized by RenoTalk, this website is strictly for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from, or through, this website.

3. MEMBER CONDUCT IN FORUMS

As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to www.renotalk.com that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. 

You agree to use the Communities only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Forum. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using a Community, you will not: 

(a) Post Advertising & Promotional Contents
All posts, account names and signatures containing advertising, soliciting and promotion contents in nature are not allowed in all of RenoTalk's forums except under Industry Panel. They will be removed with/without prior warning by our Moderators/Administrators. 
RenoTalk aims to build a knowledge base of valuable information contributed by our community. 
Parties who are interested in reaching out to our community should contact our sales department. Our sales executives will help you to work out an effective marketing campaign best suited for your needs.

(b) Badmouthing, Slandering and Personal Attacks
While we allow members to share their experiences, we will not tolerate companies, agencies (or anyone with personal agenda) badmouthing/defaming other companies. If found guilty, the party will be blacklisted and banned immediately. Personal attacks/flaming on fellow forumers, consultants and their businesses, moderators or staffs at RenoTalk will not be tolerated. 

(c) Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information. 

Examples of non-acceptable content or links: a. Pirated software 
b. MP3s 
c. Hackers programs or archives 
d. Warez Sites 
e. Porn 
f. Spamming Software
g. Serial numbers, cracks or anything related to the piracy of software 

(d) Advertise(direct or indirect) or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose without Renotalk permission. 

(e) Impersonate as a customer giving fictatious feedback or impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a www.RenoTalk.com official, forum moderator, admin or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 

(f) Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. 

(g) Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents. 

(h) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party. 

(i) Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. 

(j) Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); 

(k) Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters. 

(l) Download any file posted by another user of a Forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner. 

(m) Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. 

(n) Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communities. 

(o) Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites. 

(p) Stalk or otherwise harass another. 

(q) Collect, publish or store personal data about other users. 

(r) Use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Web Site.

(s) Create multiple user accounts and posing as a consumer to give false experiences with a company or business.

(t) Soliciting or spam the Private Messaging System (PM) or in the forums.

(u) Post threads or start topics which are religious, political, racist in nature. 

(v) Intentionally post false information to mislead other RenoTalk members.


Repeated offence by any member will be deemed as an act of purpose violation of our Terms of Use and www.renotalk.com reserves the right to ban offenders from using this forums without prior notice. 

4. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold RenoTalk, its officials, owner, administrators and moderators harmless from any and all claims, demands or other liabilities, including legal fees and costs, that are made by any third party due to or arising from Your use of the Web Site or Your breach of these Terms and Conditions. If you post material on RenoTalk, you may prompt third-parties into making statements about you that may be defamatory or offensive, even though your postings may be unobjectionable. You agree not to respond in kind, but to bring these statements to the attention of the Moderators and Administrators. By posting on RenoTalk you are agreeing to hold RenoTalk, its officials, owner, administrators and moderators harmless and release Us from all claims, demands or other liabilities for any statements or material concerning you that are posted on the site by third parties, including by moderators and other volunteers, provided that we avail you with the opportunity to answer. 


5. ACCESS

We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated the term of this agreement, or to anyone else for any reasons, which we need not disclose, or for no reason.


6. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This website contains hyperlinks to other websites which are not maintained by us. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from access to those websites. Usage of the hyperlinks are entirely at the user's own risk.


7. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

We are not liable for any errors or interruption in service, whether within or outside of our control. The user understands that service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, power interruptions or any other unexpected causes.

All users may not republish any part of the content / material available on Renotalk.com™ either as part of any commercial service or for personal use without the prior written permission of renotalk.com™ and its providers. Materials on this site, including, without limitation, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, images, articles, columns, graphics, photographs, illustrations, artwork, audio clips, video clips, software, and other elements making up the service are protected by copyrights and other intellectual property rights owned and controlled by Renotalk.com or by other parties that have licensed their material to Renotalk.com™. 

Renotalk.com™ and other Renotalk logos and product and service names are trademarks of Renotalk's parent company. All other trademarks appearing on the site are trademarks of their respective owners and our reference to them does not imply or indicate any approval or endorsement by their owners unless such approval or endorsement is expressly made. It is understood that Renotalk.com™ is an information and service site and that references to other names and trademarks are necessary in the course of providing downloads, news, and commentary about the subjects that this site covers.
