What We Love About This Apartment At Seastrand CondominiumInterior Design & Decor

Less is definitely more when it comes to modern interior concepts, although some home owners might be misled to think it consists of complicated design plans. After a tour around this Seastrand Condo apartment, we think it sets an exceptional example of what a modern home should look like, so continue scrolling if you'd like some inspiration!
You've probably noticed there's not a lot of colour going on in the living room, but that's where its beauty lies. The toned down palette is not only easy on the eyes, it also creates an overall chic effect, especially when paired with a plush carpet.
The first thing our eyes zoomed in on was the circular coffee table, an appropriate and sleek choice which fits right into the layout.
This tiny shelf by the side may seem out of place, but we feel it adds an adorable touch, breathing life into the living room.
Favouring an open concept, the home owners have incorporated certain kitchen elements into the combined living and dining spaces, creating a very convenient setup since no walls are hindering either of these separate areas.
Also, if you look at their pendant lights hanging above the dining table, each is made up of a different design. And that we feel, is the sole reason the lighting draws us in.
What we love about their balcony is the use of astro turf, an option home owners rarely think to make use of. Although the area is kept fairly simple with minimal furniture, it pops in contrast to the more muted living room.
The bedroom looks absolutely cosy and inviting, and it's all thanks to both the carpet and window treatment choices. The home owners have also added in some pretty cool customizations, such as paneled lighting and pop out wall features (where their television is mounted).
When the ceiling lights are turned off and only their paneled and wall lights are switched on, the room becomes an ideal space to wind down after a long day.
All in all, the apartment proves that it doesn't take overcomplicating renovation ideas to create a modern looking home, and just the tiniest of adjustments can make all the difference!
