Finally all our defects has been rectified and renovation can officially starts next week!!

OSRAM LEDCOMFO: Chinese or branded LED downlight? I was contemplating for a long time. Finally I decided to go with OSRAM although it was assembled in China. Reasons OSRAM manufacture her own LED Die OSRAM don't use cheap LED driver OSRAM has better QC. Most if all is only $24.73ea for a 9W before shipping. To play SAVE I brought 2 units to test and realised they were excellence. The build was good and it don't feel nor look cheap. Only feel warm in my hands (Prove of efficiency). The light was very comfortable to the eyes. (Natural). Another order for 24x was just placed.

just came from my new place!! yay yay yay!! so happi!! saw the compressor area and indeed can fit 2, but there is only 1 electrical socket.. shall ask my contractor liddat how?? and the most maddening part was, not only did we get the pipe running across our kitchen, we also got the pipe running from up stairs to downstairs, so we got both sets of pipes like OMG what are the hdb designers thinking!! random extra piece of trunking in the db box is actually my most serious defect in the entire house.. either we are too noob at checking or our house is great, although heard that our key delay as they had to fix the flooring in our block so maybe already fixed liao picture of our living room and our master bedroom. kitchen i absolutely love this next picture, view from living room hopefully the hockey stadium lights will not be too bad after we fix up the curtains..

Actually I think the skirting contrast is ok leh But agree, they tend to have less matching choices for the darker laminates (settled on a lighter one for my flooring)

I'm a newbie too. I believe danny is here to share his experience. I think it is normal for a person to come in and share his experience and then disappear. 1st. he got to work. He dun have the time to come monitor daily n post to get himself a gold membership. 2nd. He got good experience from Mr Lee n bad experience from e other guy. I believe he purely want to warn ppl out there. 3rd. For those who are so call old bird here, 1 you could be one of the contractor/id. 2. U are so helpful. 3. U are so bored. 4. U are really into blogging or comments. We newbies got our own work to do. Came here just purely to read n share reviews. Now u see us here. E next time u see us will be yrs after when we move house. You had only joined this forum on 27/02/2013 at 22:42 and giving out your very first post at 23:07 as above on the comments. And even based on your Profile of no contact information at all trying to act ANONYMOUS and giving comment like this without any proof! Our Company had never told any customer that the floor coating can be done witin a day. We charge $1,000.00 nett for 02 toilets floor and $550 for 1 toilet floor. $1,000 job for 4days and why dont my company just follow the rest doing the work within a day using "hotgun" to speed up the process??? To let you have a better knowledge about coating, there is a period of drying time during interval layer! We bring in our wall coating paint directly from the US call Multicolor Paint which you can google online about their history. Let me tell you as well, we took the flake locally from a company called "Bo***" This company named was earlier mentioned by an architect in the earlier post. He share the same view as one of the leading flake manufacturer locally. Even the flake coating is been used by Town council for upgrading project. So now PLEASE verify your stand of "Don't get conned by this company! " Who is the person in the company whom say that the flakes are import from USA?? We only bring in the wall coating paint from the USA directly! Well I will be waiting for your reply for the above statement. So please dont be a "coward" sitting in front of the monitor screen and giving misleading comments! For your info, our comapny not only provide inhouse spray coating works, we are HDB & BCA registered contractor that undertake all reno works. So why dont step forward and reply what i had said to make your STAND? You can jolly well post any irrelevant comments but just show some proof for your comments. I can be reach at 6781 9559!
