Haha Edmund never bluff me. Price quoted at showroom was $250pfr, this is the ultra special range. The rest are indeed $110. $130, $150, $180pfr as stated at their showroom. Anyway we saw in IRL and in big slab and it was meh... Nevertheless requested for a sample to see how much more "superior" it is to solid top since it carries such a premium pricing. I fee like the most hardworking homeowner. Otw to Silestone now. Took bus everywhere today! Hahah

Hi twinklecloud! Sorry for not replying for so long! Actually like I said, we are not even at the stage of looking for ID yet (actually starting now!) because we probably will only get our keys in March (previous owners want 2 month extension and our first hdb appt is on 11 Dec). For the pergola/trellis idea, we actually saw some other unit near ours which had something similar. I drew it out on Google sketchup, but we haven't checked around to see whether it's possible yet. I've actually dropped a note to ask someone about it on a preliminary level, and they quoted us around $3600 for it plus installation (they just do carpentry) and we haven't asked anyone else about it so don't know whether it's a good price or not. Hope that helps?

After numerous of cleaning, unpacking and more cleaning.. we are officially moved in! Although we still have a few more boxes left in our in law's place pending to send over to our place. Finally we can call this house a HOME! Thus far.. all our Taobao purchases has been working fine.. except for Master Bedroom Lights.. The wattage is different from the rest of the rooms (isn't as bright as common room 1 & 2) and it's too late for me to request a refund or some kind of compensation from 65 daigou.. So I'm praying hard that J&E's electrician can help me change it. Further more, we decided to extend the track lights from the brick wall to the shoe racks as we decided to display photos on that empty wall.
