    I have one question to ask, i always travel for work and when i come home i notice my toilet floor is very dirty and the grouts black, its seems very difficult to clean them, anyone expereinced this before? If yes what are the solutions to remedy this? Any help is appreciated

    Would not recommend that, as the paint will just peel off very quick

    Had the same experience as you when i used the HCL89 from http://hcl89.byethost10.com as well. I was looking for something to clean the tiles on my kitchen, and i used it, it removed all the grime and dirt with relative ease

    I think should be, most resale flats usually have this issues, its very common

    Jetspray i think uses alot of water, your water bill will skyrocket, not advisable in my opinion

    What type of tiles are yours? marble, mosaic or etc?

    From what you describe it seems to be ingrained dirt and hard water stains. You can use something called HCL89. to clean the tiles I usually get it from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com One thing i like about it is that is creates like a protection like on the tiles so that it prevents such hard water stains or dirt from becoming an issue for your tiles Hope this helps you out

    You can also use something called HCL89 to clean very tough stains I usually get it from http://hcl89.byethost10.com or http://hcl89.atwebpages.com What it does is that it cleans you tiles and the grouts For me i find this the most effective in removing tough stains from my tiles Hope this helps you out

    I also use the product from http://hcl89.byethost10.com experience was same as yours, manage to settle my dirty grout/glass mildew problems

    Used the HCL89 from http://hcl89.byethost10.com before, really top notch product, managed to remove all dirty debris from my tiles after the renovation of my new flat, recommended if you want a cheaper solution to acid wash

    Yeah, got to check with the management on the approval... But actually I don't see any reason why they don't allow to install... It's not as if we erect and build any structure lor.
