We were in a sticky situation last year, when we collected our keys for our new 4 room bto as we did not manage to get a renovation loan from the bank, thus we went in search for a renovation contractor that is able to give us in house loan to do up our house, of cos due to budget constraints we didnt went to i.d Our total renovation costed $27,000, but spread evenly for 5 years i would say still abit on the high side but the contractor really did a good job. If anybody is in the same situation of loan, can find my contractor ah wee 96859756. He really helped us solve on renovation loan issue.
