    Hello there Simon,

    Im ida and we are looking for a good renovation contractor. your house looks good and we would like if u could share with us Henry's contact no.

    Which company is he from?

    We are moving in to a 4rm resale HDB flat in Nov. and looking for a good ID hu are resonably priced.

    Maybe Henry can quote for us too. We would need a 100% redo for our house as its a 17 yr old flat.

    Can't pm u, ur inbox is full i guess. I kept going pages after pages but got tired of trying to look for ur reno. Hows the workmanship like by Henry? When my mum moved in her flat 10yrs back, she paid over 40k for renovation and 3 years later things started to fall apart.

    I wouldn't want that to happen to my flat! Getting the keys in a month time and choosing a contractor is definitely a headache. Btw, u have any idea how much his basic package roughly cost nowadays. Im on a tight budget as Im getting this flat in less than a year. Hope to hear from u=)

    I'm engaging him. But different from all of you..Very disappointed with him.

    Engaging him becoz of good review..but now very disappointed.

    1 of renotalk member have warned me not to engage him before.

    But becoz his price is quite reasonable i go with him as we are on very tight budget.

    Just to warn everyone who want to engage him please be caution.

    I might create my T-blog soon. I will post my review there.

    Maybe u like to share more so that we can give advice.

    Will it be some misunderstanding going around or some coordination problem .

    Are you using only him or different group of contractor? Sometime by out sourcing too much it make it really hard to coordinate

    Super nice dining light! Can I know what is the price? Look like some designer piece. Do u think online can get cheaper?

    I got it from lighting.com - It's a shop actually not website .

    The light name is discoco light . Yes it's a designer design light . I got it cheap ard 400+ nia

    Hi Supersimon27, is the wind of the Novita fan good? Am thinking of getting one for myself.

    Is urs Reminiscence Fan NF1962 (12") or 1966 (16")?

    Any ideas where else can i find it other than CK Tangs?
