    For those been asking for patrick quek and keong number

    Mr Patrick is the boss of this reno company. We engaged him many years ago to reno our place, very honest and nice uncle. We are happy with his work, however one of our washroom- due to the tile is not properly laid (we hacked and re-lay the tiles at that time), the water seep out very slowly over the years and damaged our parquet.

    We called him few years later and he came and rectified the problem with some min charges. Although there were some mis-understand and hiccups during the rectify works but overall, we were happy with his service. Very honest contractor.

    sorry to hear your experience with him.

    Maybe i am a lucky one...For me, Patrick respond very good, it took him 2 days to quote me after he came to my place -measure and house condition. In fact, my reno also small project type <13k. I dun even call him or chase for the quote. He came on thursday and email the quote to me on saturday which i never check my email on weekends...something to add, along the way, i change my mind of adding and remove some item..every time i will get back the quotes on next day..

    in fact, my project also very "rush hour" type, they starts the reno on 25th Feb and he promise to hand over the house back to me before 24 march..which is less than a month ler...so far the progress is ok..wait until they finish..hope they will do a good job la..

    too add....maybe u all can try to ask him to go up to ur place straight to quotes which i think is more pratical as at least he see the house condition and understand what u want to do

    hihi..for me i asked 3 contractors to my house to quote..all of them came with smiling and happy faces..talk softly and very nice ..guess they know getting "the" bussiness is not easy..

    err 21 projects..average one project 10k........man...210k bussiness :o ..who dun want!:P!!!!

    went to the IT show today...the LCD offer is not attractive at all...almost buy Samsung 32" LCD TV LA32R71B - :deal: surge sorry to mentioned..today $ 1599 only with all the free gift , the laptop bag and luggage brand is Guy Laurich..dun know how to spell :good: (same price with courts offer last week)..but stupid hubby forget to bring the credit card so end up din buy. We plan to head down to HL or others..heard that they are giving the same price as well...
