  3. Gas pipe installed at the service yard for Gas cloth dryer.

Purchased heater and dryer from City gas at their bundle price, they are having promotion now.

First time using heater & dryer powered by gas, hope can save on the utility bill,

should be worth to invest in long run.

Another reason why choose the gas dryer is the size, smaller if compared to an electric dryer. Only this compact size can fit nicely on top of the washing machine in our small service yard.

For the gas water heater, just need 1 unit and it can supply hot water to 2 bathrooms.

Dryer mounted above washer and both ready to use.

  4. Hi, I recently installed the same Alpha fan as yours and I have a little problem regarding the height of the fan. Did you use a shorter rod or the original rod that comes with it? From the picture you posted, it looked like you used the original rod though.

I bought a shorter rod (shorter by 15cm) but was told not to install the top cap of the fan if I used the shorter rod. However, the wiring and screws will be exposed and dust will collect. So my electrician used the longer rod but now it's hanging too low and I could touch the fan if I tiptoe and I'm only 1.64m tall. For people who are taller, I fear the fan will be too low for them.

Do you have the same problem?

My ceiling height is 2.7m. What is yours?

    Hi,

    I’m using the original rod.

The distance between ceiling to the blade is about 30cm after fixed the fan.

And my ceiling height is 2.6m, so from the floor to the blade will left 2.3m.

We are fine with this as my current flat also 2.6m height and was installed with ceiling fan.
