    It's 6ft for my study table. I'll say it's a little squeeze for 2 desktop, considering we need space for speakers too.. but if space is an issue, i think 6ft is alright.     Hi, could you please kindly share with me your id's contacts?
    Mine is a resale 3rm flat and I intend to do only very simple renos. Can't afford to have build in wardrode or tv console, toilet will be done by government HIP(home improvement program), will keep the living room and bedrooms flooring. Only 8ft kitchen btm cabinet.
    Tried two ids but, they quoted me 20k which is much higher than my low budget of 15k.

    You dun hv top cabinet for kitchen , is it a dish tray above your sink ? can help to take a closer pic and where u get it ?

    Also I see your shoes cabinet , how much does it costs ? my contractor quoted me $880 for 4ft.

    I did have top cabinet, just not on both sides. Reason for the cabinet not being above the stove like what normally people did is because of the "beam" on top. We feel that it's a waste of space. Though we understand some find it ugly hence want to built cabinet to cover up.

    As for the shoe cabinet, i remember he said 1ft $220 and in the quote he state $880. I measure yesterday, it's 5ft. I guess he give me 1ft for free :D

    It's our ideas and he will advise us if it's doable. As we already know what we want, example my masterbedroom arrangement ect, most ids I went just follow what i told them without special inputs. So I guess with our budget there's not much creative things they can do, hence we find contractor to save cost. No point getting a id if no design is needed.

    I'm sorry, it's been awhile and i've forgotten the paint number and there's no left over so I can't reference back. I only know it's from nippon odourless series.

    So far so good, the wind is quite strong, we usually switch to low or med only.

    Living room 1 is bigger.. forgot whats the size, 3 led lights - $450

    Bedrooms 1 led light - $290

    Installation $40 each.

    Ur doggy door and video is super cute and funny. We had a good laugh over it... But nice dog door.

    I've done up a rough calculation and here's a update on the total cost for my whole reno.

    Initial Reno quote - $19k (excluding electrical point cost)

    Final Reno quote - $22,020.00 (Including electrical cost, added tv console and misc stuff)

    No matter how careful or detail you are, things will be missed out, hence it's best to give yourself some buffer, if you're on a tight budget like me.

    Furniture - $14,800 (Aircon, fridge, sofa, tv, ceiling fan, misc ect) I was like 7-8k off estimation for this part.. haha.. many items missed out or end up paying more than my targeted budget.

    Total cost - $36,800

    It was quite close to my budget, probably overshot by a few k. Hope it can be of a little guidance to help you do your budgeting.

    Have been living in for a few weeks now, everything is good. Love the big fridge! Spend 1.4k on that fridge, could have easily gotten a 2 door under $900, probably 1 of the few items that i insisted I want to have XD

    Overall, I feel it's a nice experience, wouldn't mind doing it again lol

    Yes I did. I do realize that it's the same model that stomp posted about unlocking using alan key, but I figured should be alright with me.

    To be honest, it doesn't seems very "strong" to me. Feel like it will give way easily with some really strong impact, but hey, what won't? So far we're loving going out keyless only downside would be those driving as there's already cases where they didn't bring their car keys as well XD

    And yes installation is free.

    Hmm It says you can't receive any message.

    Anyway he's quite easy to talk to. After the renovation is done, i realize there's some part where we missed out, he come down to amend without any complain, though might be because the final payment hasn't been made haha. Nothing has fallen out of place yet, laminate still intact ect. Saw my neighbour laminate peeling off after 1-2months.. so i think the workshipmanship is quite good
