    This client of ours has given us permission to post the Ziwei Ming Pan (ZWMP - 紫微命盘) for discussion purpose.

    The client is in the early 30s. From the ZWMP, looking at the wealth for this period alone, some may think that it is good.

    As we examine the ZWMP in depth, there is a 自化忌 in the wealth sector which cause his wealth to be quite bad. His wealth starts to get better when he is closer to the end of this period. This is because the next period wealth sector is quite good.

    There will always be ups and downs in life. If we can properly manage the downside in advance, we may not fall so badly.

    There is no intention of any challenge. In the first place, to be frank, how "live" is this case is up to you to say. Should we believe by faith and blindly? There was no references, no contact, no names, no address. How to verify? If I say I win 4 D every week without showing the payment slip or my bank account, this is considered plain talk, isn't it?

    How do I explain? Quite a funny question. The question should be on you and not me. You put up the case here to show people. It should be without doubts having all the supporting evidence. In the first place can you first prove the existence of the case?

    By the way, I have yet to say you were wrong. So please don't jump to conclusion again.

    As I understand, in period 7, the auspicious stars are 7,8,9. So if you say 41 at door is the catalyst that give the owner lottery, then clarify the theory to substantiate any point of yours. You should enlightened us instead, isn't it? In this case, 1 4 combination at door in a period 7 house.

    So if you want to isolate 1,6,8 as stars that got nothing to do with governing stars or period stars, then pls substantiate the theory.

    The proof is in the pudding. The best way to substantiate a theory is to engage us and let us prove it to you. It's not constructive to quote you more cases and in turn, you end up with more questions.

    我以为, it is beneficial to understand the history (or evolution) of 命理 and 风水 theory.

    Especially 风水 theory, there are literally tens, if not hundreds, of branches or 派.

    And some FSMs adopt one 派, others adopt multiple 派s; it is all about how comfortable they are in accepting the interpretation of a particular 派. And so there would be variations from one FSM to another, but nevertheless these variations conform to the principle.

    我以为, 风水 could not change a 命. 你想想, take 紫微 where the stars imprint a 命格, how is it possible that something much smaller like a house could overrule the influence of the stars?

    That you are living in (or buying) a particular house, sitting in a particular landscape formation, it is due to 命. Even when buying you are advised by a FSM, it is also 命 that provided the 缘份 for the right (or wrong) FSM.

    My point?

    It is all right to subscribe or practice 风水. But to expect 风水 to change a 命 is futile liao.

    We agree that fengshui cannot totally reshape a person's destiny. However, we can use it to improve the person's destiny by maximising the good and minimising the bad （趋吉避凶）. Like what we have mentioned previously, fengshui and destiny always overlapped. So it is possible to use fengshui to improve a person's destiny.

    Do you have a name for your school of thoughts?

    So your school of thoughts doesn't acknowledge the standard concept of other school whereby they all agree that 6 star has turn inauspicious?

    By this, your school of thoughts will also mean that those houses built in period 6 having facing star at door will also prosper? Can you quote a live case?

    If there is no right or wrong, then we as consumers believe who? Your school of thoughts or those other masters who practise otherwise?

    6 = Inauspicious just because it's not period star is not a standard concept.

    With the live case which you question us (the unit facing the highway), so how do you explain why it can prospers since the front facing and main door is 41. The owner move-in in period 7. The owner is better off since he move into the new unit. Maybe you can explain why the owner prosper instead of saying we are wrong. We are not challenging you, or rather, we hope you can give us a valid reason that substantiate your point because we can't provide a reasonable explanation why he prospers using your proposed theory (from what you proposed, 41 is not auspicious in period 7 as well). Please enlightened us.

    In our earlier case (the unit facing the highway), star 1 is auspicious in period 7 if u notice it, which substantiate our point.

    All Fengshui / Destiny schools have their own branches after so many years. Every school will proclaimed they are right. It's just like any other knowledge out there.

    They develop their own way of reading with their methods behind, as long as it doesn't divert away from the basic concept of Qi and they can solve problems, then the method is acceptable.

    I never memorise. The charts are right in front of my face. Neither am I confused. Plot the charts yourself to look at South and East facing. For south facing, if 14 is at west, 59 is always at east. Likewise for east facing 14 at north , south will be 59. You can either fly the stars or be familiar with the stars position. Doesn't make any difference.

    Interesting. Can give an example how the position of the bed as part of the factor change the flying star chart?

    Maybe we were not clear.

    This House is Facing SW with Flying Stars 41 on the Facing. In this case, 77 Flying Stars will confirm be in the Sitting. 雙星到坐.

    Just to add on for your knowledge, in XKFX, there are 4 fundamental 格局. 1. 到山到向 2. 上山下水 3.双星到坐 4.双星到向

    If u ever plot a chart and you don't get any of the 4 格局, then your chart is incorrect. It does not matter whether west got 14 or east got 59. We know what you are talking about but when it comes to checking whether you plot the right chart, one thing to look at is 格局. And I am pretty sure no matter which masters you ask, they will say the same thing for 4 fundamental 格局.

    If the front facing is any combination without 7, the sitting will never be any other combination other than 77 in period 7. We hope you understand what we are talking about.

    Postion of bed will affect the way we read the charts but it will never change the flying star chart.

    With due respect given, I found the answer provided above lacking. Let's look at what is happening.

    You have started offering a case study, I think for the purpose of illustrating the reading of a client's destiny and demonstrating how you or you firm has provided FS recommendations to mitigate the influence of 贪狼 in his career. At the time, the client's career is exhibiting improvements but (according to the reading) it shouldn't be so, and therefore the FS recommendations to apply.

    So when asked what are the FS recommendations made, a presumably proprietary Ziwei Personalized FS Methods is named. If we go any further then the demonstration becomes too technical, to me of course. Basically, at the end I (and other readers) get no wiser of what you are trying to say and remain 一斗雾水.

    Surely you could do better than this?

    Sorry for being unclear. In that particular case, the client current career period (大官禄) actually has 贪狼化忌 which is a bad star according to books. But, he actually get a promotion and higher pay recently.It so happened that he has some basic understanding of Ziwei when he looked for us. He was puzzled and worried about his own career due to贪狼化忌. However, we pointed out to him that by just purely reading based on 贪狼化忌, he will miss the big picture.
    We take this case out to illustrate to people with prior ziwei knowledge that it is not conclusive just by looking at individual sector. We look at 四化飞星and we will be able to look beyond that. We pointed out to him that he will experience some improvements in his career during this current period but we do highlight to him that he need to be wary of this 贪狼化忌 (It's still a bad star after all). We proposed fengshui remedies to mitigate the effect of 贪狼化忌. As to what are the solutions, we can't really spell out over the forum. When we talk about四化飞星 and its related remedies, it will be very technical and messy. And that's the reason we suggest you to pm us instead.
    Our objective is to highlight to readers that sometimes we can be mislead by what is written in books or over the internet. Over the years, through practices and guidance from good teachers, we actually found that some important things are left out from the books or not explained clearly which led to many confusion. Of course, not to mention, there are many schools and different types of theories being advocated. This is also one of the many reason why people are skeptical about Fengshui. Therefore, one will really need many years of learning and practising to be good at it.

    I see. There was no facing indication so I presume to be South or east facing. For south and east facing, the back palace only have 68, 23 and 59 stars opposite 14. So both of us have jumped to the wrong conclusion, isn't it?

    A block of flats has about 100units or more. General facing of building if SW, then most would fall within the 45 degree range, don't they? Even if some are out of range, then according you, most owners in this block that fall under 14 at door will hit lottery, undeniable right? Where is this block by the way?

    In XKFS, there are 4 fundamental 格局 that will fit into all Flying Stars Charts. No matter which direction the house is facing or sitting, it will falls into this 4 fundamental 格局. Please don't memorise which combination falls where and which combination is opposite of which combination. It will only confuse you.
    With regards to your second question, if you take the general reading of the block as a whole, it is not SW facing. It is an unit in Bukit Merah. Individual units may have different readings even if they are next to each other facing the same direction due to the way we take the readings. Also, in Xuan Kong, 15 degrees can make a difference in the Flying Stars.
    In any case, factors like the period stars/positioning of beds/arrangement of bedrooms and a lot of other factors will also change the Flying Stars Charts and/or the way we do the reading.

    We are mid 30s actually. Being involved in this since we were 18 serving our NS due to affinity.

    Hi, according to many masters, 6 star in period 8 is already already bad. Already lost its auspiciousness. Is there any material reference that can support your theory?

    We have heard of that theory as well. It's a different school of thoughts from ours. In our school of thoughts, after period 6 had passed, star 6 will not be a 旺星 anymore. But it does not mean it is inauspicious because it is still a 三吉星.
    We don’t want to comment who’s right/wrong. As we emphasize, if we use a school of theory, we follow through with all the methods taught, so that there’s no confusion. At the end of the day, the methods used can vary. What is most important is the read and the solutions work.

    Curious to ask one more question. Can you explain how you fly your star chart? Your flying start chart I think is wrong. Do you sometimes make this kind of mistakes? I believe this is a south or east facing house. If the front is 41, then the back should be 23 (or 59). Correct? So which facing did you take for this house?

    Another question, this is definitely a 3rm HDB second to the corner. Which after the stairs, there will be another stretch of the same units and layout. So all the facing are the same and so all owners will be also have 41 at the main door. Am I right? Then all the whole stretch row of units and even the whole block will hit lottery?

    There is no mistake about the Flying Stars chart. In fengshui audit, the facing of the house can only be determined by using Fengshui Compass (when we go down personally to take the measurements) and not by just reading the floorplan of the house.

    This house is facing 坤 south-west.

    Your chart seems to be wrong as all period 7 charts should have 7 star at the facing and /or sitting of the house. But your suggested chart do not have any star 7. This is a fundamental for all Flying Star charts.

    If the correct method is used, individual units within the same stretch will have different Fengshui Compass readings, resulting in different charts.

    Believed you should have known who was 蒋大鸿. since you studied XKFX. You should have known all the critics about his theories by his follow peers

    The '20 year cycle' theory is very questionable.

    The actual 4 pillars for human already so different to be certain mainly due to re-classification of time zones, not mentioned these days' D.O.B for buildings.

    Yup..XKFS is linked back t蒋大鸿. You are right. There are many critics about XKFS and 蒋大鸿. However, this is because, people don't understand the full theory. Unfortunately, Chinese like to keep trade secrets to ourselves when we publish books. If you are not taught the correct methods (which will include the whole suite of date selections/Audits/remedies), purely reading books/theories off book shelves/Google don't make much sense. This is true for all Fengshui/ Destiny techniques out there.
    The 20 years cycle is not questionable. XKFS and Destiny Reads are 2 different theories altogether. Just to add on, 20 years cycle can be sub-divided into 10 years cycle. However, you will need to know how to interpret it. When we put XKFS's theory into our audits and it always overlap with the person's own Destiny. As I always say in my class, don't complicate matters. Know what we are looking at, if not everything will become rojak.
    All the different Fengshui schools have their own pros/cons. We recognise that XKFS has it's own limitations as it may be too inflexible at times. However, it is not like what the critics have claimed.

    This is an example of Ziwei Ming Pan (ZWMP - 紫微命盘). My client has given us permission to post the ZWMP for discussion purpose.
    This client is in mid-30s now. The client has experienced an improvement in career prospects recently. The client’s career should not be smooth as the career sector of the ZWMP sector showed 贪狼化忌.
    As we examine the ZWMP in depth, there are many signs that the client will experience a change for the better in mid 30s. However, I did caution the client things will suddenly turn for the worse due to the inauspicious stars stated above.
    We suggested some Fengshui solutions to neutralise the danger the inauspicious stars will bring.
    This is a classic example of what Life has installed for us. Life is fair.
    We will get our fair share – Good and Bad as long as we are entitled to it.
    Our objective is clear and simple. To use Fengshui to minimise the inauspicious effects for our clients. The Good will come itself.

    This is a rather straight-forward case. The main breadwinner is sleeping in bedroom 3. He has a rather smooth career because both the main door and bedroom door falls into the 18 sector which is an auspicious one. The only drawback is the health portion. He has to take care of his kidney. This coincides with his personal Destiny Read. His Destiny read shows signs of kidney problems as well.

    Hi bepgof, there is nothing manipulative about Xuankong fengshui. There is a standard set of rules to reading the numbers and stars.

    The Individual's Destiny always overlap with the house's Fengshui. They will show similarities. We have tested it, proven it and shared many such case studies in our classes too.

    There's nothing mysterious about Fengshui. We prove ourselves to our clients through our reads and solutions.

    In other words, in another XKFS period the result would had been quite different.

    Hi Lauer, it really depends. If we are talking about 1,6,8 stars, it's auspicious in all period and that is also how our company name comes about. Not from 一路发 but from Xuankong.

    Hi Lauer, in Xuankong Fengshui, we look at 峦头，门路，床，灶 etc. In the case we mentioned earlier,it's a small shophouse and the most obvious point is that the road run towards the shop which triggers the good star. There are no other conditions to qualify, but please take note that if it is a bad star and it get triggered, bad things will follow. We do not want to discuss too technically and therefore we choose some cases which are simple and easy to understand. However, doing a house or factory audit will be quite different as we got more things to look at. Hope we answer your question. Cheers!

    - An add on to our earlier example that roads can activate good outcomes.

    - This was a real case written by Fengshui Grand Master Reverend Yann Ben. The case was dated around 1910s. He was engaged for the Fengshui Audit of the shop above.

    - The shop was facing a road running towards it. As illustrated in the notes, the road triggers an auspicious star and the shop prospers. Depending on the flying stars of the house or shop, if the flying stars are good, a road can activate good outcomes. (Treatment of pointed buildings are different from roads)

    How true is it?

    - Depends on the flying stars of the house. If the flying stars are good, this road can activate good outcomes. (冲旺则更旺). I seen at least 2 Fengshui Masters using this theory in their office. Their businesses are still striving now.

    To the general public who don’t know Fengshui Flying Stars, it’s better to be safe than sorry.

    Of course, besides flying stars, practical reasons like noise level/pollution/safety should be considered as well.

    This is a classic textbook case that I encountered few years ago. I often use this case to illustrate Xuan Kong Feng Shui in my lessons. Also, to prove the point that Individual Destiny and Fengshui always overlap.

    福人住福地. You have to believe this term.

    The client gave me the birth details of the family members and asked me for help one day.

    After I’m done with the Destiny Audits, I told my client that he needs to pay attention to the health of the elders living in the house.

    True enough, he told me that he’s worried for some of the occupants’ health. I went over to his house and the above was the Flying Stars readings taken.

    1. The main door of the house falls onto the combination 32 (refer to the picture above).

    This means that the occupants of the house are vulnerable to liver issues and it will affect the older women of the house. This is an exact match to the Destiny Audit that I highlighted for one of the elder female occupant.

    2. The front of the house has a 77 combination and this unit happens to be on a hill top.

    It triggers the 77 combination resulting in a heavy loss of wealth. Another perfect match to the Destiny Audit of one of the occupant.

    3. The best bedroom is the room that gets the combination of 86 falling onto the door.

    This is the amazing part. The person who is experiencing a very prosperous 10 years moved into this bedroom recently because of their own family arrangement.

    On our part, we recommended a few suggestions for the household targeting their health issues. We used a combination of Xuan Kong Feng Shui remedies and Ziwei Fengshui remedies to tackle the issues. The household reported that their health issues improved after using our recommendations.

    Lastly, sorry for the slow uploads. We need to get clients’ approvals before we can post these cases up. Also, we are quite flooded with new Fengshui projects as a lot of clients just collected their keys recently (mostly in the North-East side of Singapore). :good:

    一命二运三风水: This is a very classic phrase.

    In layman terms, Destiny first, Luck second and Fengshui third.

    With our clients, we always ask for their Birth Details and their Floorplan. Usually, the problems seen on both audits will overlap. We have seen many cases like that.

    We have a very structured approach to our Fengshui.

    We will do Destiny and Fengshui Audit together. After which, we propose practical solutions to the problems we see. Date selections are used to decide when we will carry out the proposed solutions.

    After that, we will contact our clients after 6 months to understand their progress. If there are feedbacks, we will go back to our clients to review their cases FOC as we view the trust clients give us seriously.

    There’s really nothing mysterious about Fengshui.

    Hi all, recently we realised that a fellow forumer has shown a lot of interest in 168 Prosperity Gallery. We appreciate his concern. As we are not allow to participate in other thread, this will be our official reply.

    A fengshui practitioner emphasis a lot on the cultivation of the inner self. As such, we do not wish to argue on anything. We will continue to share our knowledge and live cases here. We hope to see more participation in our thread going forward.
