    Hi 3Cube,

    We had just bought our 2 storey semi-d in district 13.  We are looking for a builder (preferably all-in-one) to do A&A of the house to 2.5 storey with some exterior changes.

    L3500, B3000.  

    Can you give me an estimated price and the duration of the A&A?
