  1. Hi everyone, I am here seeking professional advice. I just moved recently from New Zealand to involve in a major moving project. We have our MainCon and some potential direct-contact subcons. When it comes to cabling, it is a norm in NZ whichever party requests for open holes is responsible to close it, though the maincon helps to open the hole. Hence we rarely pen it down in a contract. I wonder if this practice is also accepted in S'pore. Should it be stated clearly in the contract? If there was no such clause in the contract, is there any leeway to discuss and share the responsibility? Thanks for your insight...
