Hi! I am looking for some advice for a false ceiling problem related to my HDB bathroom pipe leakage.
HDB wants me to cut out the area of the false ceiling around the problematic pipe so that they can check and rectify the leakage problem.
How much would it reasonably cost for cutting out that part of the ceiling and reinstating it afterwards?
And who do I contact to do this? I read this electricians can also cut out part of a false ceiling and then patch it back afterwards, so it doesn't sound like something I need to go through a contractor for? Or does it?
Or should I just tear down the whole ceiling and just go with the original ceiling?
Any advice or recommendation is much appreciated.
