Base on article http://www.premierltg.com/light-fights-led-vs-induction-lighting/ Average of lightspan should be 100,000 hrs For my own recording my New workshop build since 3 Jan 2014. My first Induction light spoilt 29 Oct 15 By right Est 8 to 10hrs per day x 6 days Around of my Caulation: 2 years x 365 x 24hrs = 17520hrs only for my 1st induction light bulb blowed. I had remaining 7 more on the ceiling still working fine. Will keep update if another bulb blew off.

Hi everyone, Has anyone used this similar LED downlights before? It is recommended by my contractor and it is made from China. I ask about the brightness and the "lum" and it was not specified. I am very confused if 9w is sufficient or 12W. My contractor suggested 12w at a spacing of 1.5m apart. However, I find for 12W, the size of the downlight is almost 15cm wide which looks huge on my small ceiling. Any kind soul who has tried installing similar LED downlights from China, can share with me on the brightness and also the spacing between the lights? Thanks!

Hi fellows. I've track lights installed & controlled on a 2-way circuit. Observed that my light (only connect 1 unit * 3-watt track lamp for testing) is flickering even when the switch (es) are off. Repeated the test with alternative track lamps (however, always 1 unit per test) with the same observation. My electrician says the flickering is due to the stray current always present in the circuit of 2-way circuits regardless of them being turned on/off. I'm not entirely convinced. I'm seeking feedback from users with track light systems controlled by 2-way switches. Do you observe this? What wattage are each of your track lamp? Do you observe this when only 1 lamp is left connected on your entire track? Do let me know. Much appreciated. N.B. My "2-way" circuit refers to a single track being able to be powered on/off via 2 physical switches.

Hi Guys, I wanted to buy led downlights for my Reno thru online purchase. Those square led lights that are fitted on false ceilings, or L-box The options for these lights are 6w, 12w, 18w. I'm thinking to get 6w since there will be a couple of led lights to be fitted on the l-box or false ceilings. Not sure if 6w is bright enough, or usually people go for 12w?
