For those people intending to buy Saporini sofa from Harvey Norman, please beware, their sofa warranty sucks. I purchased the Saporini full leather sofa directly imported from Italy 2 years ago. I paid more than $5500 for the sofa that came with 3 years warranty for the leather and sofa filling. But after 2 years, the sofa foam started to sag. So I reported the problem to Harvey Norman. But more than 3 months, my problem is still not solved and worse is the customer service officer by the name of Singh said they did not know how to solve the problem. What a joke is this when Harvey Norman is a furniture company and yet tell me cannot solve sofa filling problem. Until now, there is no status update from the customer service. My next step will be report to CASE. For those people, beware and don’t buy the Saporini sofa , before you buy, promised everything under the sky, when there is problem, no update and keep delay reply.

Due to my space small, my ID recommends sofa no longer than 180cm width. any lobangs? I really like these sofas along these style, especially from abit of extended leg (so that I can clean the base) From CB2, but this model is not available in SG, need special order, cost a bomb and have to wait a few months for shipment. (About $3,239 sgd) From CB2, this one looks cute, clean and cosy for a small space, ($2568) From Commune, alot of this appears on Home Decor magazines, cost around $2,200+ I dont mind this but it's above 180cm Please let me know if you know where to find nice sofas.

Agreeing on a try before you buy because buy back will not be easy. Many years ago I lived in West Los Angeles, and as a result, a person was to sell real estate in search of nice leather sofa. A house, and giant media press room huge, each professionally decorated (you can tell) - was in Brent wood IIRC. I ended up paying about $ 3K (at the time I was making about $ 30K / year) for a total of four pieces of leather (sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman). That was in 1993 or 1994. Later even 20+ years old, married and father of three children, all my "person" property has almost (!) It has been completely replaced.Furniture , which was bought in sacrifice, in my younger years, it still looks very well in the last 20 years. (These items were actually imported from South Africa, of all places.) Just think - you can live in an area where buy high quality used may be an option.

Finally! After applying for our flat in 2013, we now have a chance to share our renovation experience here. Been a silent lurker, love your ideas, etc etc, let’s just get down to business. We got a 5-room flat in the north-eastern part of Singapore (Seriously...take a guess. You’re probably right.) and PCD is scheduled end of this month. I’m not kidding when I say we began our research the moment we applied 2 - 3 years ago. Thankfully, my husband and I have very similar tastes, so agreeing to things came easily and without much hair tugging/crying. Here’s the standard floorplan. A rough introduction of our style: NON-industrial and NON-Scandinavian. I know this site has a huge following for the two “themes”, but that’s just not us, heh. Also another reason for contributing to renotalk – I thought it’d be a nice change to see something different for the rest of you who are looking for new inspiration!Warm, earthy, and a little bohemian. We travel quite a bit and have collected some strange and quirky items over the years. I’m a huge fan of Apartment Therapy, and am thoroughly inspired by the homes there.Plenty of dark wood accented with hints of brass and rose gold. And pops of colour. We plan to warm the place up with lots of plants and ethnic rugs.Next up - our experience speaking to a few IDs.

We are selling this preloved 3 seaters sofa. We have used it for 3-4 years. It is in a super good condition and very comfortable, cozy and relaxing! Material is nubuck/suede leather so it is very cool (not hot) when sitting on it. Suitable for non-aircon and aircon living room. It is easy to maintain - can wipe with moist cloth or vacuum. This is definitely not for fussies as this is a preloved stuff that has been used for years by us. We took care of it very well and it is still in a very good condition and very sturdy. We are letting it go as we have new sofa coming in soon. Pls arrange for your own transport. Self collect at Marine Parade area. Hi guys, may I know the difference between a full leather / synthetic leather / half leather sofa? does it mean that full leather is = Italian leather? & over 2 - 3 years, will the above 3 types of leather have a sink spot where seated? or this does not apply to full leather..? Pop by Star Living to take a look @ their sofa, looks quite ok to me... What type of leather does you guys normally use & any recommendations on which shop to get from? thank you.
