Does anyone know who should be responsible for terminating and removal of the gas pipes from citygas? Should it be the seller or owner? Can contractor remove? Thanks.

Been using this for almost 15 years. First time this problem happened. Now come to think of it, could be because of too much movements or too much force caused by me when fixing the flexible "input" pipe when the rubber is too old already or the white tape gone. At first i thought that was the problem, but after replacing the white tape and replacing rubber, it was still leaking, so end up realizing the problem went further up. 1) Is there any way for me to fix or replace that part? Looks like I'll need to get a spare from Bosch. 2) I am also considering to replace it to a new water heater since its really old. Was thinking of going to CityGas near my place to look for new ones with installation. 3) I am worried that the location of the new water heater inputs might be different from my old one. Meaning there will be pipe works to be done... Any advice?

In my reno planning, I came across these cool looking designs for integrated gas burner cooktops. I wondered if anyone had seen anything like this for sale in Singapore? Would love to get something like this! And if not...can local installer fit it if I can import? Or is there a gas certification required?

I want to do a 70cm kitchen counter so I can buy a table top gas cooker and induction to cook. Am thinking of doing without build in so I can shift the cookers anywhere along the low kitchen counter. Question is what is the lowest height of the kitchen we can build so that the gas cylinder will fit. I am not very tall so 70cm + 10plus cm for table cooker height is quite ideal. This means that my cabinet height will be 60-65cm aft taking away height of kitchen counter top. (Have not decided on material yet). Anyone using gas cylinders please advice. Thanks so much
