Hi everyone, Does anyone knows how much is the labour charge for laying homogeneous tiles? I am thinking of shipping some tiles in myself, I am able to get it for about S$3-$4 for each 600x600 piece. Based on this a 1000sqf takes about 258 pieces of 600x600 tiles which works out to S$1290. Is this expensive or cheap by Singapore standards?

i recently had new tiles laid on my toilet floors. however, they look kinda dull with some stains, probably from dried cement/mortar during the installation process. i've washed the floor twice already and gently scrubbed it with a sponge and floor tiles cleaner but it didn't work. my contractor wiped some chemical on it but that didn't work either. any suggestions on what i can do? i've heard of doing a chemical wash. would that help? thanks for your advice!

Hello Bro & Sis... Need some advices.. some of the tiles in my kitchen dropped off. I just want to patch it up with some tiles. Could anyone pls help advise which contractor I can engage for this work & roughly how much it will cost? A NTUC Income contractor came down & quote me $380 + $18 transportation. Is this too high? thanks in advance !
