I understood that everything is perfect in her appearance and there are reasons for that. She told a lot of very entertaining stories about how she moved from a man's body to a woman's body. This is really interesting as it was an extraordinary experience my first time interacting with such a person. Some people may have thoughts of their own inferiority, discomfort with the world around them because of their inability to understand people, but this is far from it.
