canay10 0 Report post Posted March 16 (edited) I'm at the transcript evaluation part of my enrollment software development course and I've been considering switching plans to Software Development. I am interested in programming, but I have noticed that there are not very many certs attached to this degree compared to others. Also I have read that the CIW certs are overlooked in the job market. Aside from learning Python through online courses, I have no experience with programming. Do you need to know how to code before hand? I'm mainly wondering if the SD degree is sufficient for a job in the development world. Edited March 16 by canay10
