Gimbal Post and Handle wrap + tape suggestions?

Hello everyone! Hope you are all having a fantastic new start to a new year! Quite new to this club and I’m seeking some advice! I notice that when I’m operating, my hands get quite sweaty and I’m losing grip over my takes - both the gimbal post and the handle. I’ve seen some posts where other have used either tennis racket grips or hockey tapes - and I just wanted everyone’s second  opinions and thoughts on this and anything else.
