Very good info :thumbs up: tks! Wonder what kind of qualifying criteria for the two new schemes HIP and NRP. Does it mean those precincts that underwent IUP will never get them anymore? :dancingqueen:

You can check the HDB website for:

Precincts Announced for LUP.

Announced Precincts for MUP

Precincts Announced for IUP Plus

NRP and HIP has not announced the blocks chosen yet. For more information, look into HDB website under "Home Owner -> Estate Renewal Programmes".

I believe the criteria is stated in the HDB website too. I do believe those who underwent IUP may still get HIP but maybe not NRP for the short term. My reason for this (purely personal opinion) is that HIP is for internal which is not address during IUP, whereas NRP is for the surroundings which depending on precincts some may have already 'renewed' like cover walkway, carpark, playground, fitness station, etc... :bleah:
