Very High Floor Unit Facing School, Etc.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Wanna ask a question here, it's the same old question but new situation:)

If the unit is in the very high floor, eg. 20th above and in front is a school, shopping center or mrt track, but can't see them until you look down, is it safe to take?

I remembered read from this forum, in fs if you don't see it then it doesn't count so in this case is it safe to take this kind of unit?

Expert here kindly advise.

Thanks.

Cheers,

Vibranze

I am no expert, but just my personal experience.

My flat is currently at #34, with the MRT track just beside it and three schools surrounding it. According to my FS master, its just the noise lor. The track is not coming towards my flat so its ok.

And talking about noise, yes, even at #34 floor also can hear the national anthem and morning speech from the schools.
