Sk's Unit Floorplan

Recommended Posts

Guys,

Anyone with fs knowledge, really appreciate if you can advise and comment on the following floorplan, eg. good or bad, missing corner, bedroom position, etc. Thanks.

Join 46,923 satisfied homeowners who used renotalk quotation service to find interior designers. Get an estimated quotation

think it's quite difficult to have 'general' point of view

FS is affected by many factors

1. what you see outside your window

2. what you see outside your main door

3. what is the good facing for the occupants e.g. my best facing might be west but it could mean disaster for you

guess the only general things are

1. door should not face another door

2. stove and sink should not be side by side without gap

3. stove should not face window

4. main door should not face window

5. nothing reflective should face the bed

hope the above helps :D

Hi applefreak,

Thanks for your general things in fs, from 1 - 5 I can see point no 1 is not pass since the bedroom 2 door is facing a common toilet door partially, is it ok?

Cheers,

sorry me no FS expert, just that read and learned a lot from this forum

usually in this kind of situation it's either shift one of the doors or keep one of the doors closed at all times :D
