I would like to engage my contractor for the following job, but is it too expensive? Especially the hacking of toilet charges?

at kitchen walls where existing cabinets are constructed

price seem ok consider that your contractor willing to help to do miscellaneous works eg. patching up crackline, exhaust fan>

some contrator dun even want to handle small project

What kind of tiles range should I ask for ? <$3 per square feet?

hacking is a 1 time job, no matter what you are going to hack, they will charge u 1 lump sum. This one i think u can negotiate...

As for polishing of kitchen top... nt too sure... but i repolish my marble flooring is $900 for whole living... the area shd be bigger than ur top bah... i think.

thanks tofler my fiancee's place is veri near yr place 2 we saw a few flat in the area, nice area and the floor area is big too hehe ... polishing of kitchen top should be << lesser that yr flooring cos so much lesser surface area. what's yr quotation for yr toilet?
