Pricing Check For 5i Renovations (minimum)

Hi, i need help to expect what kind of prices to expect when renovating my house. It is already renovated, i just need some minor touch ups.

1) Remove basin and seal up water pipes (Ex owner built one in storeroom )

2) Built sliding door to cover storeroom (Ex owner hacked away the wall)

3) Lay Laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms, those wood design) (was quoted $1900 for this)

4) Change existing built in wardrobe door to sliding door type

5) Construct either fake wall or glass wall to block direct view into rooms, should be around 5 - 7 metres long

$200 based on PVC sliding, feature wall sliding in laminate will be $800

3) Lay Laminate flooring in 3 bedrooms, those wood design) (was quoted $1900 for this)

$1900 is reasonable

4) Change existing built in wardrobe door to sliding door type

$200 per feet based on laminated and aluminium frame door

5) Construct either fake wall or glass wall to block direct view into rooms, should be around 5 - 7 metres long

$1000 based on glass

Just some rough opinions in color....

my turn to ask...hope i can get some feedback too..here goes,

1.Simple feature wall in laminate

2.simple TV console laminate

3.laminated wardrobe casement type

4.kitchen cabinet top and bottom 18ft with bottom solid surface top

5.hacking and replacing floor and wall tiles for toilet.

6.polishing of marble flooring in living room

7.general cleaning
