i still want the doors. the guys took it out coz they gotta do the flooring. they put it back after it's done

hubby and i are still discussing on the electrical layout and false ceiling "pattern"

any suggestions on which part of the living/dining areas shd i do for the false ceiling and for the locations of the downlights??

cant make up our minds.... :help:

1st of all congrats on starting your reno :)

And great choice for choosing white/off white tiles. If mine is not premium flat I would have choose that too.

Ok ask yourself this question 1st, do you intend to have main light **** and dinning area with downlights as support? If yes then it is quite straight forward and you dont need so many downlights too. If no you might need to do false ceiling for the whole ceiling instead of some "pattern" Another thing is do you intend to just have halogen lights or just PLC or mixture?

For halogen lights they consume more electricity and is warmer. No such thing as energy saving yet. Their main purpose is to highlight certain designs/paint/pictures/photos of certain wall/area in the house.
